I. Hotels with special rates

A special arrangement has been made with a selection of nearby hotels, which provide a number of rooms at special prices and conditions during the conference. Hotel booking for these hotels is managed by the Munich tourist office. This offer is available until June 1st, 2012. After this date bookings are still possible on request. To book one of these hotels proceed as follows:

• Download one of the booking forms in English or German, which provide a list of the selected hotels including details on the prices and conditions.
• From the list choose a hotel of your convenience (you may wish to consult the map below).
• For a definite booking of this hotel, send back the completed and signed form to the Munich tourist office by email or by fax (numbers are on the sheet).

In the following all those hotels are listed, for which special prices and conditions are provided to conference participants, if the booking is performed through the Munich tourist office as described above.
